We have been talking with Ethan about when Elizabeth gets into his class (in about a month), he needs to watch out for her. We have been telling him that he shouldn't let the other boys be mean to her, push her, or talk naughty to her. You know the usual stuff that 2-3 year old boys do. I guess every once and a while he listens and understands what we are trying to tell him.
At the church picnic on Friday night all the kids were playing around the ark. It was pretty crowded and Elizabeth was standing in the doorway, waiting to get in. Reid came by and sort of pushed her as he was trying to get into the doorway. Ethan saw what happened and said "Hey thats my sister you be nice to her!" (while pointing his finger at him). Andrew (who saw the whole thing) said he just about died laughing and then said "YES" to himself.
What a good big brother!
