Wonderful Weekend

The weather was perfect this weekend. And since it was perfect we spent the weekend outside.

On Thursday and Friday the Belth kids came to stay with us while their parents went out of town. It was so wonderful having teenagers around. The kids loved the extra attention and it was a nice brake for me. God timed this perfectly for us, since Andrew had his surgery on Friday. I took Elisea was me and left the other 2 here with the Belth kids. Andrew is still recovering, but is back at work today.

Saturday was Ethan's first soccer game. See older post for pictures and play by play of that event. When the game was over we spent the rest of the afternoon playing outside and enjoying the day.

Sunday brought us some more outside fun, after church. The kids helped me plant some flowers and start some seeds for our garden. Speaking of garden, ours is growing! The warm weather has really kicked in the plants we planted early. I'm looking forward to a nice fresh salad out of our garden in a couple weeks. I''m also looking forward to more weekends like this one.
