Dog Sled

We got a book a week ago at the library about a junior dog sled race. It has become the center of Ethan's thought...
Where does Dusty (Character) live, where is Alaska, how do you get there, can we go there, if I see Dusty I will say "hey I know you from that book", and on and on the questions came.

That being said we dedicated a whole day of school to learning about dog sled racing and Alaska. We did learn a lot, but Ethan is still thinks we did to play a field trip there.


Ethan made his own dog sled team out of his stuffed dogs and then we made a paper one which he colored.
