Run run fast as you can....

This week's theme is "The Gingerbread Man". We read books, made and decorated cookies, went to the Gingerbread Festival downtown, and will be making our own gingerbread house and doing some gingerbread crafts. The first craft of the week was making and decorating gingerbread men cookies. As I was taking them out of the oven Elizabeth said "oh mommy I hope they don't run away." Ethan replied "Elizabeth that is just in the book not for real." So serious that one, nothing fools him. The kids did a great job decorating their own and a few extra ones, but the best part was eating their creations.
