Well another nice weather day so we had to get out and enjoy the 65 degrees. It rained most of the day yesterday, so that always makes for great puddles the next day. We "crammed" on the splashing boots and out to the puddles we went. It took about 15 minutes and then the coats were off and the pants were wet. I think they will both be upset when Andrew fixes the front sidewalk and there is not more puddle. After they were all splashed out we went to the backyard. Elizabeth of course wanted to swing and Ethan rode his four wheeler (power wheels) through the puddles. They had a great time playing outside and we ended the morning with a picnic on the patio.
Hopefully we have good naps and then back outside when Daddy gets home. It is supposed to drop 20 degrees and be cold, rainy, snowy for the weekend. Yeah what fun! Grandma Becky is supposed to be coming up on Saturday, so that will give the kids something fun in spite of the yucky weather.
