Fall Fun

After a day of apple picking the next thing on our fall list was, pumpkin carving. Ethan has been ready to carve jack-o-lanterns since we first saw them growing in our garden. Friday was cold and rainy, perfect day for carving. Andrew the master carver set to work. Ethan picked a scary face, Elizabeth picked a silly face, and Elisea just wanted to climb on the table and "help". S is for scarecrow. Our letter today was "s", so for craft we made a scarecrow out of Ethan's old clothes. The kids were loving it and runinng around the house laughing at their new friend. Ethan now thinks we should make a girl scarecrow as well....stay tuned.
